  20. Coffee Pot Restaurant. - The Coffee Pot Restaurant which was located on the southwest portion of Pike Street across from the Mattituck railroad station. This restaurant was owned and operated by Jim and Pauline Gildersleeve. As of 2018 this building is still extant, it is currently a yoga studio.
